"I bought my first Halliburton cases in the late 70's for my SLR cameras and lenses. A few years ago they needed some minor work. I sent both cases in and had no problems with the repairs. These cases are still with me and I most likely will pass them down to my kids for their DSLR cameras and lenses. This product is well worth the money paid. : )

"I take my Zeroller on almost every trip, including one nightmarish flight on a no-frills budget airline. The airline forced me to gate-check my Zeroller, and I was horrified to see long white scuffs on it as it rolled down the baggage claim carousel!
As soon as I pulled my bag off the conveyor, I pulled it to the side and wiped it down with a handkerchief. To my surprise, the white "scuffs" came right off, leaving only a few hairline scratches where they had been. All of my contents were in perfect condition, too! My Zeroller was an expensive investment, but it has paid for itself with peace of mind and superb protection.

i'd like to share my story. My grandfather worked for your company for at least 30 years from what i know and he has an abundance of brief cases and suit cases, even the camera cases. Last year he died and i feel that a part of him still lives on in the items that we have found in those cases, and i would like to thank you for making your products the way you do, because I know that the things that were in them would not have survived as long as they have without them. I remember him once keeping coins of all kinds when i was younger and when i would come visit him we would drag out the heavy brief case full of coins and he would let me put the coins into rolls, which helped me learn to count. Zero is not only just a company that makes top of the line products to me, they help keep something that meant so much to me alive with the memories they helped make. Thank you once again for helping keeping memories alive.

An Amazing Story From Mike!
Hurricane Hugo & An Ancient ZERO Halliburton Case
"Dear Halliburton, This may sound like a tall tale, but it is absolutely true. In 1990 after Hurricane Hugo, my father was fishing in Murrells Inlet and found an old Halliburton briefcase that had apparently been floating at sea for quite some time. It was covered with barnacles and the red "briefcase" interior was ruined. However, all metal parts were still intact and repairable.
It took several days, but I scraped off all the barnacles with a paint scraper, then polished the exterior oxidation with light steel wool. I ripped out the old briefcase interior and removed the gluing, etc. with paint thinner, cleaned the moving parts with a copper brush. After it was completely cleaned, I finished it with car polish. Overall, the restoration turned out pretty well. The case had plenty of battle scars, but that only enhanced the "cool factor" in my opinion

"When I got my first "real" job that required me to use a briefcase to transport my materials to and from work, my parents bought me one of those fifty dollar black leather cases with the cheap brass latches like you find in any department store. It worked for a while, until one day when I was at a customer's office with my overstuffed briefcase. As I shut my case and got up to leave, the side burst open, spilling papers everywhere. The next day, I purchased a Zero Halliburton briefcase, which I still use twenty years later. It's a bit worn, with it's share of scuffs and dents, but that just means that it's been at my side this whole time. I plan on using this case until I either retire or die.
