Return Policy

ZERO Halliburton unconditionally guarantees all merchandise purchased online through zerohalliburton.com, for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective item for a prompt exchange or refund, excluding personalized or custom items. Returned items must be placed and shipped in the original packaging.

If you should wish to return an item, please call 1-866-929-9376 to receive a Returned Goods Authorization number. No returned goods can be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number. With your RGA number, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your RGA number, and wrap the package securely in its original packaging.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

• Please note that we can only process return and refunds for items purchased at zerohalliburton.com, as identified by your unique web order code.
• ZERO Halliburton will pay all UPS return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. Please call 1-866-929-9376 to receive a Return Goods Authorization number. No returned goods can be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number. The returned item must be in its original packaging.
• New items are protected by Zero Halliburton against defects for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the warranty policy.
• You may return unused items sold by Zero Halliburton for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all “hang tags” attached and in the original box.
• Your credit card will be credited for the price of the case and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Zero Halliburton has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Any ZERO Halliburton product that has been engraved is final sale and cannot be returned.
