Zero Halliburton sweepstakes terms and conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. One winner will be selected. The program will start on 3/1/06 and end on 3/31/06. This contest is sponsored by Zero Halliburton, a unit of Zero Manufacturing, Inc. 500 West 200 North North Salt Lake, Utah 84054.

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Rhode Island who are not eligible to enter) and the District of Columbia over the age of eighteen, who are not immediate family members, or live in the same household as, employees of Zero Halliburton, Zero Manufacturing or their subsidiaries, and their advertising or promotional agencies. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms of the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its agents.

Additionally, by entering the participant agrees to allow the sponsor to send periodic e-mail correspondence detailing special updates and promotions offered by the sponsor. If at any time, the participant no longer wishes to receive such correspondence, they may unsubscribe to this process via instructions detailed within the correspondence.

Entry: To enter the sweepstakes, go to the website www.zerohalliburton.com complete and submit the official registration form with a valid e-mail address. Limit is one entry per individual. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. In the even of a dispute, entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized registered account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. The registered subscriber is deemed to be the registered person who is assigned the E-mail account by the ISP on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning E-mail accounts and addresses.

By entering this sweepstakes, the participant agrees to allow the sponsor to publish their name and State of legal residence, should they become the winner.

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest duration, and that winner will be notified by E-mail. Upon notification the winning entrant will be asked to provide their physical address and additional information for shipping purposes. All decisions made by the sponsor are final. The prize will be shipped to the winner at the physical address provided on the winning notification form within 4-6 weeks from the notification date.

Additional Terms: The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entries received. All entries become the sole property of the sponsors. The prize may not be substituted, transferred, upgraded, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. The winner is responsible for the payment of any taxes due as a result of winning any prize set forth in this agreement.

The sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries including e-mails; or for any computer, transmission, software, website, or electronic defect, or error regardless of cause.

If for any reason the sweepstakes cannot proceed as originally planned by the sponsor due to the infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failure that in the sole opinion of the sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or is otherwise in violation of the rules. If the prize or the prize winning notification E-mail is returned as undeliverable or is not claimed by the winner within 30 days after notification, that winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
